At e& (formerly Etisalat), I brought together everything built across the previous chapters — deep telecom expertise, commercial instincts, and cross-cultural leadership — and applied it at the executive level. This was no longer about building pipelines; it was about leading the people and strategies that drove them.
Across senior roles at e& and its wholesale subsidiary EDCH, I led global business strategy, managed international commercial operations, and was accountable for turning strategic direction into measurable revenue. This is where the expertise accumulated over 15+ years was leveraged in full — and where I proved that leadership and commercial transformation are not separate disciplines, but the same one.

Senior commercial leadership · Moving from regional to global perspective
Stepping into the MNO side gave me a fundamentally different vantage point. After years of selling to operators, I was now operating inside one — understanding how global carriers think about commercial strategy, partner selection, and international growth. This shift from vendor to operator sharpened my ability to navigate both sides of the table.
Telefónica also broadened my perspective from regional to genuinely global — working across markets, managing multicultural teams, and developing the cross-cultural fluency that now defines how I work with clients entering or expanding within MENA.

This is where the foundation was built — 10 years at Syniverse followed by 5 years at MACH, which was subsequently acquired by Syniverse. Fifteen years in total at the intersection of global telecoms infrastructure, interconnect, and commercial growth.
Across this chapter I developed deep expertise in telecom technology sales and business development across the Middle East and Africa — building partnerships with mobile operators, navigating complex commercial negotiations, and translating highly technical propositions into revenue-generating deals. This is where I learned what it means to open markets, build trust with operators from scratch, and close business in regions where relationships are everything.
